Mustache day!

It's mustache day! You should see all the excitement in the kids. They definitely have the spirit!! They put together homeless bags today.

We're back at it.....week 3!

Sophie is in Mrs. Jean Manapat's class this year. She is super excited that her buddy, Mia is in her class! Sophie seems a little grown up since last year.

This year we're in Cycle 2....European studies! Sophie and Mia were looking for European waters. Fun times! May iron sharpeneth iron!

Minerals

Today, the girls learned how the different mineral tests were performed. There was the streak, luster, transparency, and hardness test. I got to help out with the hardness test. ....fits my name why not? Lol!! It was a fun and hands on "field trip."

Earth day!!

What are the layers of the earth?! Core, mantle, crust....etc!! Mrs.Whittet had all the kids make the layers of earth with playdough!! It was so neat!! Leah demonstrated how to make green smoothie. Abby took her star writing test. What do you want to be? And why?! Pretty busy day, I would say!

Happy Valentine's day

Kids were in a sugar high today! It started with the little Michaelanglos. I can't imagine painting upside down!! The day ended with a Valentine's party. Yes, they were comotosed! Sweet day!
